摘要
Abstract
This thesis analyed the mechanism of dutil-regime grinding,a new technology of self-feeding electrophoresis grinding in depth is presented.The experimental results show that the meterial of optical glass can be removed by ductil-regime grinding and mirror grinding is obtained.关键词
