中华胃康抗小鼠胃溃疡作用的实验研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the inhibitory effect of Zhonghua Weikang on experimental gastric ulcer of mice and its in- fluence on fatigue time and spontaneous activity times of mice. Methods: Three kinds of gastric ulcer mice models were made by cold water stress,administration of acid hydroc,subcutaneous injection of antiani combined with administration of alcohol respectively .Condition of gastric ulcer was observed in model group,Zhonghua Weikang different dosage groups and Sanjiu Weitai group of three kinds of mice models.Roatating-fatigue instrument was used to record fatigue time of mice in normal control group,Zhonghua Weikang different dosage groups.Spontaneous activity counter was used to record spontaneous activi-ty times of mice in normal control group,Zhonghua Weikang different dosage groups and diazepam group. Results:Compared with normal control group,gastric ulcer index was signigicantly decreased in Zhonghua Weikang different dosage groups and Sanjiu Weitai group of three kinds of mice models.Compared with normal control group,fatigue time of mice was remarkably prolonged in Zhonghua Weikang different dosage groups.Compared with normal control group, spontaneous activity times of mice was markedly increased in Zhonghua Weikaug different dosage groups. Conclusion:Zhonghua Weikang has inhibito-ry effect on occurrence of gastric ulcer of mice and anti-fatigue function.关键词
