水冷壁管壁温度波动原因分析
ANALYSIS ON CAUSES LEADING TO WALL-TEMPERATURE FLUCTUATION OF THE WATER-WALL TUBES
摘要
Abstract
The wall-temperature fluctuation of water-wall tubes is one of the important causes for transverse-cracking failure of water-wall tubes.Temperature measuring on the water-wall of HG 2008 and SG1000 boilers was carried out.Based on the results of temperature messuring and analysis on heat transfer in the boiler and furnace,different causes of wall-temperature fluctuation are proposed.For HG2008 boiler,the main cause was the shedding of unstable slag,whereas for SG1000 boiler the heat transfer deterioration due to dried-up evaporation in the tube was the main cause.关键词
