Abstract
Propaganda and education of emergency management have been attracted more attention in society, but it is still at a low level, especially in earthquake disaster management: lack of coordination with China's economic and social development. Main shortage includes: there is not enough resources in basic emergency education, the emergency system is still not perfect, lack of high-quality emergency propaganda and education website and so on. In order to solve such problems, some suggestions and counter measures have been put forward based on the experiences of Zhejiang Province.关键词
