喷气涡流纺纱特征的研究
Study on the Characteristics of Air Jet Vortex Spinning
摘要
Abstract
Yarn-forming principle of Vortex spinning was researched. Characteristics of open-end spinning were analysed,PHOENICS software were used to simulate air current motion in nozzle, then fibre twisting process were taken photos by high speed photography,finally yarn-forming principle were introduced by combining yarn structure further. It is considered that Vortex spinning possesses obvious open-end spinning characteristics, but there are certain continuous fibre which have not breaken still exist in center. Vortex spinning could be considered as partial open-end spinning, semi-open-end spinning or sub-open-end spinning.关键词
