Synthesis of 2-Pyrazoyl-5-substituted- 1,3,4-oxadiazoles and Their Biological Activities
摘要
Abstract
A series of 2-pyrazolyl-5-substituted-1,3, 4-oxadiazoles were synthesized starting from 5pyrazole formic acid hydrazide and carboxylic acid by one pot method in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. Two 1-benzoyl-2-pyrazolylhydrazines were prepared from 5-pyrazole hydrazide. Preliminary bioassay indicated that some compounds showed certain fungicidal and herbicidal activities.关键词
