摘要
Abstract
Objective: In order to study the role of FDC in HIV pathogenesis,an optimal method for isolating FDC was studied.Methods: Tonsiles were digested with col lagenase IV and Dnase I , and cellular layer including FDC was obtained by Perco ll. Purified FDC was yielded by MACS sorting ,and contaminated B and T cells w e re irradiated by γ-ray. Results:The purity of FDC analyzed with flow cytometer is about 70.72%, the thymidine incorporation showed that FDC cells with activi ty were yielded and the results of IL-6 & IL-2 determination indicated that isol ate d cells were with FDC characteristics.Conclusion: This method is a practical met hod for isolating FDC for further investigation of FDC in HIV and neoplastic pa thogenesis.关键词
