摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects on pain controlled and rehabilitation using lower density ropivacaine and fentanyl in epidural cavity.Methods 44 patients operated in lower abdomen and lower limbs had been divided into PCEA group and MI group randomly.The effects of pain controlled had been evaluated depending on VAS.The effects on blocking movement of lower limbs and some side effects had been evaluated depending on Bromage.Results (1)The satisfied degree of PCEA group is 100% .VAS scores is 1.09± 0.5 ～ 1.75± 0.53,the satisfied degree of MI group is 38% .VAS scores is 4.32± 0.72～ 7.16± 1.57.(2)There were 96% patients in PECA group whose Bromage scores is lower than 0.(3)The side effects:there were no difference in nausea,vomitting,dizziness and urinary retention between group PCEA and group MI.Conclusions There were satisfied effects of pain controlled ,not effects on movements,less side effects.Patients were comfortable and beneficial for rehabilitation after using lower density ropivacaine in epidural cavity. 关键词
