Isolation,identification and degradation effect of a formaldehyde-degrading bacteria
摘要
Abstract
A gram positive bacteria strain that can degrade formaldehyde was isolated from activated sludge of wastewater treatment plant from a chemical corporation.The strain was observed through structure and physio-logical and biochemical characteristics.Molecule identification methods including distilled DNA.PCR amplifiea-tion,production sequence showed that it was similar to Bacillus and 16S rDNA sequence shared 100%homology with that of Bacillus thuringiensis.Formaldehyde(1.2 μL/mL)was degraded above 72% with 36 h by this strain.关键词
