摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of TGF-β1 on collagen degradation of rabbit keratocytes.Methods:The activity of collagen degradation of keratocytes with three-dime nsional culture in collagen gel was determined with spectrophotometer.Results:TGF-β inhibited collagen degradation of keratocytes in dose-dependent manner.Conclusion:The present result suggests that TGF-β1 has the inhibitory effect on collagen degradation of keratocytes and may help in the treatment of corneal ulceration.关键词
