老年期痴呆相关因素的Logistic多元回归分析
Logistic multivariate regression analysis of correlated factors of senile dementia
摘要
Abstract
Aim To study the effect of correlative factors of senile dementia on its attack,although risk factors and pathogenic factors are many - sided.Method Logistic multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the correlative factors in 87 cases of patients and screened susceptible factors of larger effects.Results Factors affecting senile dementia in proper order of intensiveness were advanced age,history of stroke,smoking,hypertension,nature and family members living together,excluding the difference of positive results caused by the effect of cultural level.It seemed that the other factors were not very important in the Logistic multivariate regression analysis.Conclusion In accordance with the susceptible factors it needs both our society and the elders to strive and pay attention to prevention and treatment of cardio - and cerebrovascular diseases to reduce the attacks of senile dementia.关键词
