精神发育迟滞患儿的智力障碍程度及其相关因素分析
Degree of Severity on Intellectual Diasbility of Children with Mental Retardation and Its Related Factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the dysnoesia in mental retardation(MR) children and its related factors.Methods A multiple stepwise regression analysis was performed on IQ (dependent variable),and on age,history of febrile convulsion and asphyxia,parity,production precess,history of drug use during pregnancy,CT and EEG findings,central nervous system disease history(independent variable),to explore the impacts of various factors on IQ in 185 MR children.Results Mild MR was found in 49,moderate in 120 and severe in 16.Wechsler intelligence scale for Children(C-WISC) showed that the IQ of these children were 28～69,averaging (47.6±11.6).The factors having meaningful impact on IQ were EEG findings,the history of central nervous system disease and asphyxia.Conclusion EEG findings,history of central nervous system diseases and asphyxia are associated with children′s IQ.Attention must be paid to health care during pregnancy and perinatal period to avoid central nervous system diseases.关键词
