不同剂量参芍胶囊对动脉粥样硬化大鼠肾损害的保护作用
Protective Effects of Shenshao Capsules on Renal Damage in Rats with Atherosclerosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of shenshao capsules on kidney function of rats with atherosclerosis.Methods Fifty SD rats were divided into groups control,model,high-dose,middle-dose,low-dose.Model group were given a great quantity of high uric acid diet to establish renal injury models,control given ordinary diet,the other 3 groups given Shenshao capsules in high,medium,low doses,respectively.The levels of NO,Nitric-Oxide synthase(NOS),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were detected after 6 weeks.Results The levels of NO,NOS,SOD in renal tissues were lower in model group than in control(P＜0.05),but MDA level was higher(P＜0.05).NO,NOS,SOD increased,MDA decreased after shenshao treatment as compared with pretreatment,but only medium-dose group was significantly different from model group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Medium-dose shenshao capsules have protective effect on renal damage caused by atherosclerosis.关键词
