诱发电位对2型糖尿病患者视觉功能的损害
Study of visual function impair evoked potential in type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Aim To study the impair degree of visual center and related factors by detection of visual evoked potential(VEP) in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Detection of visual evoked potential was performed for 30 patients with type 2 diabetes(DM group) and 30 healthy subjects(control group) who were matched with DM group at age and sex.The differences of parameters between two groups were compared by t test and linear correlation analysis adopting SPSS statistical software and the relationship between changes of VEP parameters in DM group and disease course,blood sugar,blood - lipid and renal function in DM group were analyzed.Results Abnormalities were found in 20 cases(66.7% ),with prolongation of P100 latent period(F=14.417,P< 0.01) and lowering of amplitude of wave(F=2.886,P >0.05) compared with those in control group.Changes of VEP parameters in DM group were related to blood sugar and impairment of renal function(t=3.7069,r=0.370,χ 2=4.00,P< 0.05).Conclusion VEP detection can reflect lesions of visual center in early stage.Controling blood sugar and protecting renal function will do good to alleviation of visual function impairment.关键词
