野外条件下光强对盾叶薯蓣影响的初步研究
Preliminary Studies on the Influence of Light Intensity on Dioscorea zingiberensis in Field

Abstract
Dioscorea zingiberensis grown in field was found to be infl uenced by l ight intensities with cage experiment. The germination ratio of rooted-stem under weak light (141~215μ mol*m- 2*s-1) was only 55%, while those exposed t o stronger sun light were about 100%. Water contents in leaves decreased with the increase of light intensities.Leaf area increased with the decrease of light intensities with an exception of weakest light condition. Under 5 25~615 μmol*m-2*s-1 of light, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in leaves a nd the peroxidase (POD) activities were the lowest,whereas the above-ground bi oma ss were the highest.The highest subterranean biomass was obtained in conditio n of 913~1 004 μmol*m-2* s-1 of light exposure .关键词
