白细胞介素-1对大鼠离体胰岛B细胞分泌功能的影响
Effects of interleukin-1 on islet insulin secretion in rats
摘要
Abstract
Aim: To investigate the effects of interleukin-1 (IL-1) on the insulin secretion.Methods:Pancreatic islets of newborn SD rats were incubated with IL-1 in vitro.Insulin was measured by radio-immunoassay,and MTT reduction was expressed with optical density(OD).c-fos mRNA was detected by using intact cell RNA dot blot techniques,and protein synthesis was analysed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.Results:Insulin secretion and MTT reduction were reduced time-dependently;IL-1 induced c-fos transcription and stimulated the nonel protein synthesizing.Conclusion:IL-1 inhibited islet insulin secretion and MTT reduction.It is suggested that novel protein,induced by IL-1 inhibited nutrient metabolism in pancreatic islet cells resuits in insulin releasing descent.关键词
