摘要

Abstract

The effect of some kinds of binders on the anti-oxidation property of the coating on carbon/carbon composite for airplane brake was investigated, and the functional mechanism of the binders was analyzed. The results show that different binders have great effects on the property. Binders with the coat of silicon sol or phosphate series have good anti-oxidation property, both own the best anti-oxidation effect in some temperature range. The best anti-oxidation effect at 900 ℃ for 4 hours is the sample with silicon sol as binder whose weight lost is only 1%(mass fraction), while that with phosphate as binder is 0.37%(mass fraction) at 700 ℃ for 4 hours. During the oxidation test, the two kinds of the coatings maintain the integrity, which shows that the two kinds of coating own good anti-thermal shock property.
