摘要
Abstract
Objective: To summarize the efficacy and experience of angular cobble intracavitary by holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 16 cases clinical data of angular cobble intracavitary by holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of urethral calculi incarcerated. Results:All 16 eases of successful lithotripsy in first time. Two eases of posterior urethral calculi affiliate with bladder calculi, push back to bladder after partial lithotfipsy, then wash out the calculi with the help of Great stone forceps. 1 case affiliates with BPH, TVKP at the same time. Lithotripsy time 7 to 26 minutes ,an average of 18 minutes.3 to 6 months follow-up, without complications such as urina-tion disorders or urethral structure. Conclusion: Holmium laser in the treatment of urethral calculi incarcerated is safe and efficient,trauma and rapid recovery, it is easy to master the operation, so it is recommenden.关键词
