Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute stone cholecystitis. Methods Ret-rospectively summarized the experience of 60 acute stone cholecystitis received lapamacopic cholecystectomy in our hospital All of the 60 pa-tients in this group were placed the drainage pipe of abdominal cavity. Results 56 of the 60 patients were operated successfully. Among them,three underwent the greater partial gall bladder resection. The average operation time was 50min;the average drainage quantity was 50ml;after the operation,we pulled out the drainage pipe in one to three days;the average length of hospital stay was 4days;none of them suf-fered serious complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute stone cholecystitis is safe.关键词
