Abstract
A summary is goven of the research on the accumulation of heavy me tals，such as Mercury（Hg），Lead（Pb），Silver （Ag），Cadmium（Cd） and Zinc（Zn） from soil， air，water and cultivated medium，in edibl e fungi．The enriching characteristics we re also discussed．While the correspondin g methods were presented to get rid of t he heavy metals enriched in edibe fungi．关键词
