摘要

Abstract

Generally speaking,the initial boundary value problem(IBVP) for quasilinear hyperbolic systems is ill-posed.However,for some special quasilinear hyperbolic equations with non-characteristic boundary,their IBVP admits a unique C1 solution on t≥0.The IBVP for one dimensional nonisentropic compressible fluids in Lagrangian representation is considered.By using the method of characteristics the global existence of C1 solution to the IBVP with the dissipative boundary and the non-characteristics is proved,and it is also proved that there is no vacuum state as t>0,if there is no vacuum state in the initial time.
