摘要
Abstract
Objective:The purpose of the clinical features of brain abscess in order to choose the best method of diagnosis and treatment in order to enhance its therapeutic effect. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 80 eases in our hospital the cause of brain abscess, imaging features and treatment. Results: The results of brain abscess occurred in young adults, brain abscess, and a blood-borne mainly cryptogenic ; by CT and MRI diagnosis of brain abscess; surgery or conservative treatment, 39 cases cured, 29 cases improved, 9 cases of null and void, and 3 died. Conclusion: Blood-borne and in-creased the incidence of eryptogenie, CT and MRI in early diagnosis an important method for early diagnosis, early treat-ment can improve the cure rate and reduce mortality.关键词
