Abstract
Objective: To investigate psychological factors in female pa tients w ith genital neoplasms. Method: The psychological factors in 77 female patients w ith genital neoplasms were presented by LES, EPQ, Coping Style Scale (CSS) and S ymptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). The results were compared with those of 40 female patients with benign tumors and 40 normal female. Results: The frequency of tota l life events and negative life events, the stress of total life events and nega tive life events, the score of neuroticism of EPQ and the score of negative copi ng style were much higher than those of controls (p＜0.05). The score of socia l s upport were much lower than those of controls. Each factor of SCL-90 except pho b ia and obsessive showed higher than that of controls. Conclusion: Female patient s with genital neoplasms have psychological burdens that need psychological inte rvention.关键词
