Abstract
The execution of project of "dismantling polder dyke for flood discharge,returning farmland to lake, and building township for relocated people" in the Dongting Lake area alleviated flood control pressure and flood and water logging disaster, improved living condition of people in the lake area. Reasonably utilizing such polders, taking agricultural industrialization and industrial scalization as well as society urbanization as the main way, reasonably adjusting economic structure, developing a sustainable way, promoting regional economic development and improving people′s living quality will be helpful for solving practical problems existed in resettlement and can provide basis of decision making for the similar projects.关键词
