水牛角不同相对分子质量酶解液的药理作用研究
Studies on pharmacological effects of different molecular weight enzymolysis liquid from cornu bubali
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of different molecular weight enzymolysis liquid from cornu bubali. Methods: It was observed to research the pharmacological effects of different molecular weight enzymolysis liquid that the influence and action of mice to the pentobarbitol sodium hypnosis, LPS caused death, coagulation time, sponta-neous activity, anti-infection and so on. Results: Compared with the NS control group, <3 kD and the 10-30 kD enzymoly-sis fluid had obvious sedative effect (P<0.01). The<3 kD group had remarkable resistance to LPS caused death (P<0.05). The >30 kD group had obvious hemostatic function (P<0.01).The 5-10 kD group had obvious inhibition to the spontaneous activity (P<0.01).The 5-10 kD group and the 10-30 kD group had obvious enhancement to the anti-infection (P<0.01). Conclusion: The different molecular weight enzymolysis liquid from cornu bubali has different pharmacological effects.关键词
