The Influence of the Installation Position of the Air-jet Spinning Nozz el on the Yarn Strength
摘要
Abstract
Some related parameters of nozzel installation positi on and the influencing regulation of the slotting numbers of untwisted tube on t he yarn strength were researched.The result of test showed that,the distance be tween first-order nozzel and front bite has the critical value,the yarn strengt h would be the highest when the value was 11 mm,the yarn strength would be highe r with the smallest fluctuation when the distance between first-order and secon dorder was 4 mm,the best distance between guide wire and second-order nozzel is 88 mm,the yarn strength would decrease when the distance was too big or too s mall.The yarn strength would increase when the slotting numbers of untwisted tub e was decreased,in production practice,four slotting of untwisted tube would be used.关键词
