复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the short-term curative effect ,life quality, side-effects and so on of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy (VVP), which was applied to treat advanced non-small cellular lung cancer in 68 cases. Methods: 68 patients were divided randomly into treatment group(compound matrine injection combined with VVP, 36 cases ) and control group (VVP, 32 cases). The short-term therapeutic effect, side effects and life quality of all the patients were recorded. Results: The total efficacy in treatment group was 47.22%,the total pain-relieving rate 55.6%. In contrast, The total effective rate of control group was 21.88% and the total pain-relieving rate 31.25%. The total effective rate of two groups is significantly different (P ＜0.05). Nausea, vomit,stomatitis and transaminases increase in treatment group were lower than those of control group. In control group,leukocyte decreased obviously after chemotherapy, wheras not in treatment group. KPS score in treatment group de creased lightly, there was no obvious difference (P ＞0.05). However, KPS score decreaed obviously with significant difference (P ＜0.05). Conclusions: Compound matrine injection in combination with chemotherapy can improve the efficacy and life quality obviously and reduce medical toxicity in treatnent of the advanced non-small cell lung cancer.关键词
