SYNTHESIS OF F-ZSM-5 AND PERFORMANCE FOR 1,2,4-TrMB ALKYLATION WITH METHANOL TO 1,2,4,5-TeMB

摘要

Abstract

Using EDA as the templating ageat, F-ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized in the hydrothermal system in which NaF was directly added. F-ZSM-5 zeolite was used as shape selective catalyst for alkylation of 1,2,4-TrMB in a pulse fixed bed at atmospheric pressure. The results show that the conversion of 1,2,4-TrMB is 56%, and the fraction of 1,2,4,5-isomer in TeMB can reach to 98%. It was also found that the ratio of Si/Al and calcination temperature of F-ZSM-5 have a significant influence on the reaction activity.
