Theoretical Study on Cavitation Characteristics of Centrifugal Pump and Regulation of Pump Operation
摘要
Abstract
Based on the basic equation of NPSH, the expression of the minimum necessary NPSH of centrifugal pump is derived. The theoretical influence of the regulation by discharge throttling and the speed regulation on the cavitation characteristics of centrifugal pump is studied, and the application of the two regulation in mitigating and preventing cavitation of pump is analysed. The studies can be used to guide practical projects.关键词
