摘要

Abstract

Electrochemistry offers a considerable promise for detection in micro total analysis system(μ-TAS). Such detection has remarkable sensitivity, tunable selectivity, and low-volume requirements. Due to the inherent miniaturization of electrochemical devices, low-power requirements, low cost and high compatibility with advanced micromachining and microfabrication technologies, electrochemical detection is most attractive for μ-TAS. Electrochemical detection methods, such as amperometric, linear-scan, square-wave, and adsorptive-stripping voltammetric, coulometric, conductivity, potentiometric, electrochemiluminecent detection and electrochemical sensor, have been widely used in μ-TAS.
