摘要

Abstract

Phase change material (PCM) microcapsules were prepared by in situ polymerization using urea-formaldehyde as shell and RT31 as core. The chemical structure of microcapsules was studied by FTIR. And the effects of urea-formaldehyde prepolymer dropping rate and the core content on the surface morphology and the thermal properties of the microcapsules were investigated by SEM and DSC. The results showed that the flocculation phenomenon of the PCM microcapsules decreased with the dropping rate of the urea-formaldehyde prepolymer decreasing. The latent heat storage capacity and the encapsulation efficiency of PCM microcapsules both increased when the ratio of the core to the shell increased,however,the latent heat storage capacity and the encapsulation efficiency of PCM microcapsules began to decrease when the ratio reached 3.
