Abstract
Objective :To investigate the cause correlation of the postmenopausal vaginal bleeding. Methods: 280 cases of physiological menopause vaginal bleeding were more than 1 year in patients with clinical and pathological analysis. Re-suits: 280 cases of vaginal bleeding in postmenopausal patients, 160 cases of genital inflammation (accounting for 57.14%), 60 eases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding (accounting for 21.43%), 29 cases of malignant neoplasms (accounting for 10.35%), 31 cases of other benign lesions (accounting for 11.07%). Conclusion: The cause of postmenopausal bleeding due to the largest number of genital inflammation, age of onset, the longer the post-menopausal bleeding patients should be alert to the occurrence of the malignant tumor.关键词
