Abstract
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the selectivity of enatiomers of clinically used asymmetric drugs.METHODS： To exsamplify this issue in respect to pharmacokinetic characteristics,pharmacodynamic properties and clinical application of asymmetric drugs.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The enatiomers of asymmetric drugs assume complex pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics.Thorough study of enatiomers of asymmetric drugs will exert great influence on rational use of asymmetric drugs.关键词
