干旱区绿洲土壤镉-锌-铅复合污染物在芹菜中的富集迁移规律
Enrichment and transfer characters of compound pollution with cadmium,zinc and lead in celery in arid oasis soil
摘要
Abstract
The soil for test was sampled from arid oasis regi on and the characteristics of transfer and enrichment of Cd, Zn and Pb in soil- celery system was investigated through pot experiments. The results show that wi th the increase of concentrations of heavy metals added into the soil, the conce ntrations of heavy metals in celery roots and leaves also increase; There are ex tremely significant linear relationship between the contents of the three heavy metals accumulated in celery roots and their contents in soil; The linear relati onship between the contents of Cd and Zn accumulated in celery leaves and their contents in soil is also extremely significant. The regression analysis shows th at the uptake of Cd, Pb and Zn by celery is not affected by co-existent element s; The enrichment factors of heavy metals from soil to root and leaf is in the o rder of Cd>Zn>Pb, and the transfer factors of heavy metals in celery is in the o rder of Zn>Cd>Pb.关键词
