肿瘤与结核标志蛋白整合技术对卵巢恶性肿瘤患者预后的判定作用
Effect of tumor and tuberculosis marker proteins integrated technology in the judgement of prognosis of patients with ovary malignant tumors
摘要
Abstract
Aim To discuss the clinical value of coupled integrated technology used into differential diagnosis of clinical rehabilitation,we analyzed the levels of serum CA125 and message expressed by SA/ATM coupled marker protein in patients with ovary malignant tumors. Methods The characteristics of ATM- Pr Maps of 49 patients with tuberculous peritonitis were captured with Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Hydrogen(NMR1H) Map Device, serum marker proteins of 101 patients with ovary malignant tumors and 985 patients with other gynecopathys were determined through biochemical coloration and magnetic separating enzyme immunological method, and then the data were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of serum CA125 and SA in patients with ovary malignant tumors or tuberculous peritonitis both increased obviously(the difference wasn't significant,P >0.05); the characteristics of serum ATM- Pr Maps of patients with carcinoma of uterine cervix, hysteromyoma ovary benign tumor, simple oophoritic cyst and pelvic inflammatory mass showed that there was significant difference in expression of massage characteristic peak between patients with ovary malignant tumor and those with tuberculous peritonitis(P< 0.01). Conclusios SA and CA125 are more sensitive in the diagnosis of ovary malignant tumors, but their specificity is affected by tuberculosis.SA/ATM coupled determination may be used into screening and differentiation of tumor/tuberculosis effectively. This method is more specific, very convenient to operate, and more suitable for early detection, too. As a result,it could be one judgmental indicator of clinical rehabilitation.关键词
