Abstract
Aim To observe the influence of Kongloite (KLT) on pain and body weight in patients in remission advanced stage and explore effect on life quality.Methods 81 patients with lung cancer in advanced stage treated in department of tumor,General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region and first department of internal medicine,tumor hospital of Liaoning Province from January 2002 to January 2003 were investigated and prospective random control study was used.Subjects were divided into treatment group(Kongloite injection 100 ml by venous,once a day for 30 days and 2 cycles of NP programs combined,n=41) and control group(simple 2 cycles of NP programs,n=40) by random number table.Pain,body weight,Karnofsky score were observed after chemotherapy.Results 87 cases of small cell carcinoma of lung were included among which therapeutic effects might be assessed.At pain control,increasing of body,therapeutic effects in treatment group were superior to those in control group and there was significant differences(χ 2=6.6540,P=0.0357,χ 2=7.0450,P0.0295,χ 2=10.1101,P=0.064). Conclusion Injective emulsion can relieve pain and improve life quality of patients with lung cancer in advanced stage. 关键词
