摘要

Abstract

Production planning model for supply chain for multi-location plants and distributors is studied and a optimization model is proposed. The objective is to find an optimal schedule and minimize the total costs of earliness and tardiness penalties, production costs and transportation costs. Through model transform,the optimal production planning results can be obtained by using the linear programming algorithm. The results show that it can get a satisfactory solution and have potential of practical production applications.
