Abstract
Mouse blastocyst was cultured on human f ibrin gel to develop a new three-dimensional embryo invasion model. Human fibrin gel was found with no influence on the culture of mouse blastocyst . The whole blastocys t retained three-dimensional structure, trophoblast did not flatten but retaine d a polarized removal and invasion like in vivo. It suggested human fibrin g el coul d be used as substratum of in vitro three-dimensional model for investigati ng blastocyst invasive behavior.关键词
