摘要

Abstract

Separations of calixarenes and calixcrowns have been investigated on self made C60 bonded silica phase with isopropanol cyclohexane, chloroform-cyclohexane and dichloromethane-cyclohexane as mobile phase. The retention of the calixarenes and calixcrowns decreased with increasing the content of polar solvent in the mobile phase. Of the three polar solvents, isopropanol was found to be the strongest solvent for elution of the calixarenes and calixcrowns on the C60 bonded silica. The separation selectivity of the C60 bonded silica stationary phase for the calixarenes and calixcrowns was depended on the polar solvents. A good separation of the calixarenes and calixcrowns on the C60 bonded silica stationary phase was achieved by using an appropriate mobile phase.
