摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the treatment of the Chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) combined hyonatremia. Methods:Based on the conventional anti-heart failure treatment to 86 atients of CHF combined hyonatremia,limited water and added to the hyertonie saline,and analysis these treatments. Results: Dilutional hyonatremia markedly effective in 20 cases, 6 cases improved, the total effective rate was 86.6%o Lack of sodium hyerliemia markedly effective in 36 cases, 12 cases improved, the total effective rate was 95.8%. Conclusion: To maintain normal serum sodium level by adding hyer-tonic saline Aroriate to atients of CHF combined hyonatremia can improve the short-term rognosis in chronic heart failure.关键词
