油菜雄性不育系微量花粉与其农艺性状相关性研究
Relaroonship of Trace Pollen with the Agronomic Characters in a Cytoplasmic Male Sterile Line of Rapeseed
摘要
Abstract
To fulfill the potential of sterile line,experiments were carried out to study the effects of frace pollen on vigor,flower organ size and agronomic characters of high-quality rapeseed cytoplasmic male sterile line 681A and its hybrids.The results show that the higher the male sterility degree of 681A is,the weaker the vigor,the smaller the flower organs,the shorter the siliques,the less the seeds,the poorer the agronomic performance,and the lower the seed yield of 681A.A better route of seed production for the cytoplasmic male sterile line with trace pollen is proposed that hybrid seed should be produced in other regions with stable temperature during the flowering by using sterile line with pollens.关键词
