Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of carvedilol in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure. Methods: 112 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, control group with conventional treatment, the treatment group with conventional therapy plus carvedilol intervention.Comparison of two treatment methods and the total effective rate after treatment by echocardiography changes in the indicators. Results: The total effective rate of the eontrol group was significantly lower than the treatment group (P<0.05);the treatment group in the improvement of echocardiographic indices are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The conventional anti-failure treatment based on the use of earvedilol can significantly improve the dilated eardiomyopathy patients's heart function, inhibiting left ventricular remodeling, improveing the quality of life.The carvedilol is worthy to be popularized.关键词
