前列腺增生症术后下尿路症状的病因分析
Causes of cower urinary tract symptoms ofter operation in benign prostatic hyperplasia patients

Abstract
To clarify the causes of lower urinary tract symptoms afterprostatectomy， 38 cases with lower urinary tract symptoms after prostatectomy were studied retrospectively.The results showed of the 38 patients，detrusor dysfunction was observed in 55.2％（21／38），28.9％ being detrusor hyporeflexia，15.8％ being a combination of detrusor hyporeflexia and bladder outlet obstruction，and 10.5％ being detrusor over-activity.Bladder outlet obstruction was diagnosed in the remaining 44.8％，36.4％ diagnosed as bladder neck obstruction and 8.4％ as stricture of urethra.These suggested that the causes of lower urinary tract symptoms after prostatectomy were mainly detrusor dysfunction and bladder neck obstruction.It is therefore necessary to evaluate these patients with Urodynamics before reoperation.关键词
