二种纤维蛋白原测定方法的评价
The Study of Two Different Methods of Fibrinogen Assays
摘要
Abstract
Aim A preliminary study was made to evaluate two fibrinogen determination methods:Von clauss method and Prothrombin time derived method.Methods Three level of control plasma were determined repeatly to evaluate the precision of two methods.The result that obtained by two methods from daily work sample were statistically evaluated.Result There hadn't statistically significant difference by t-test (P＜0.05) only when the concentration of fibrinogen is between 2 and 3g/L.For plasma with lower (＜2g/L) or with high fibrinogen concentration (＞3g/L ),the values had statistically significant difference. The PT-derived method tend to overestimate the fibrinogen results compared to the Von clauss method.Conclusion In daily work,PT-der method should not replace the Von clauss method in the fibrinogen assay.关键词
