ANALYSIS AND PONDERATION ON CALIFORNIA'S ELECTRICITY DISASTER
摘要
Abstract
The exposing problems and analysis of California's electricity disaster from the abroad literature are introduced. It is pointed out that California's electricity disaster was formed by the market maladjustment of purchase and sale based on the economic imbalance between supply and demand for electric power. Both California's failings and Pennsylvania's success should be served to benefit the further progress of power deregulation. Two extra and ultra power system in the western and eastern parts of North America are similar to future China national power system, so their experience and lessons are more useful to us.关键词
