摘要
Abstract
The combustion process of a single fuel droplet of water in “A" heavy oil emulsions in an electric furnace is observed with a digital video camera in order to elucidate the occurrence of micro-explosion. The effects of the following parameters: the temperature of ambient, the diameter of droplet, the ratio of water to oil and the ratio of surfactant to the emulsions, on the occurrence of micro-explosion,ignition delay and combustion duration are investigated. Results show that the micro-explosion usually occurs on the conditions of higher ambient temperature,larger fuel droplet, the lower ratios of the water and the surfactant to the emulsions.关键词
