摘要

Abstract

Ecological status and development directions of cement industry in China are discussed in this paper. To improve the ecological situation of the cement industry, the structure of products and the structure of the cement industry should be optimized. These optimizations include improvement of some small-scale cement plants to decrease the whole pollution level of the cement industry. Furthermore, researches on high reactive clinker, high reactive fine admixture of concrete and low-calcium series cement should be emphasized, by which the ecological design of cement, to reduce consumption and pollution of cement production and to improve the utilization efficiency of waste in cement production, can be realized. To produce low-calcium cement such as HBC would be benefit to the ecological production of cement because the clinker can be burned in a relatively low temperature and can be prepared with many low quality raw materials. The cement made from high reactive clinker can u utilize more wastes than traditional cement of the same grade. The cement containing no clinker or only a small amount of clinker is a typical kind of ecological cement. In addition, many researches also showed that the cement production could also be applied to environment protection such as soil upgrading or the use of domestic wastes as fuels in clinker burning.
