镁碱替代钠碱对杨木P-RC APMP制浆废液的影响
Effects of Substituting Mg-base for Na-base on Properties of Effluent from Chemical Impregnation and C-retention Stages in Triploid Poplar Laboratory P-RC APMP Pulping

Abstract
During the hydrogen peroxide bleaching of Triploid Poplar P-RC APMP, different amounts of magnesium oxide were substituted for sodium hydroxide in the second impregnation stage and the high-consistency retention stage. The results showed that as the substitution ratios are 25% and 50% in the second impregnation stage and the high-consistency retention stage respectively, CODcr, cationic ions requirement and conductivity of the effluent from the high-consistency retention stage will reach to 758 rag/L, 0. 492 mmol/L and 446 μS/cm and reduce 26.5%, 30.3% and 54.5% respectively compared to those without any magnesium oxide in both stages.关键词
