Modeling and Effects on Open-loop Frequency for Servo System with Backlash

摘要

Abstract

A model of servo system considering backlash and flexibility of shaft was established, and two formulas which can calculate the resonance frequency and anti-resonance frequency of servo system were obtained. Moreover,a servo system with a two-stage reducer was used to investigate the effects of backlash and gear ratio distribution on open-loop performance, and some conclusions are acquired,which will be helpful for designing a controller of servo system in engineering.
