Abstract
Test-tube bulb of mask lily ROCCO was used to investigate the influence of low temperature,plant hormone,sugar and illumination intensity on the proliferation of the bulb.The results showed that the proliferation of bulb was significantly improved under the condition of low temperature (8℃ for 20 days),MS+0.5 mg*L-1BA+0.1 mg*L-1NAA and 2% of sugar,and the apparent relationships between the bulb proliferation and illumination intensities (500～2 300 lx) were not found.关键词
